Rules regarding payment policy, returns, and promotions, last updated 13.06.2023.

I. Money back policy

We provide a 30-day money back guarantee on all Cloud Hosting, Agency Cloud Hosting packages with the following conditions:

  1. Request for refund of service money can be sent without reason for cancellation.
  2. Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don’t qualify or multiple signups)
  3. Refunds do not include cost of additional services purchased such as WHMCS licenses/license upgrades, domain registration, migrations, dedicated IPs, or other licenses (such as LiteSpeed for VPS).
  4. A written request must be submitted separately from the cancellation request within 30 days of cancellation. Via live chat, tickets system or email.
  5. Refunds are sent within 30 days of receiving the refund request.
  6. Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS or AUP violations.

II. Domain registrations/renewals

  1. All domain name registrations and renewals are FINAL. Because we have to pay registry fees on our end we cannot process refunds for these transactions.

III. Late invoices
